Donna J. Lexa Patton, 84 of Streetsboro and Ravenna, died Tuesday June 30, 2015 at Maplewood Care Center in Streetsboro. She was born on May 15, 1931 in Cleveland to the late Francis and Ruth (Harwood) Murray. Donna was a member of the Catholic Church, had been a payroll supervisor for Office Max, and enjoyed sewing, embroidery, gardening and flowers.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Donald Lexa and sister Bernadette Cosco. Surviving are her husband of 39 years Jim Patton, daughters; Denise (Phil) Syman of Colorado, Darlene (Jeff) Denison of Michigan, Debbie Puckett of Kansas, Diane (George) Vasseur of Colorado, son Don (Anna) Lexa of Streetsboro, Step-daughter Brenda (Jimmy) White of Lorain, step-son Clark Alan (Mary) Patton of North Carolina, sister Ruth Hasenohrl of Sagamore Hills, 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Home in Streetsboro on Sunday, July 5, 2015 from 2:00 PM – 5:00PM. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 6, 2015 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Bill Snyder officiating. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery in Cleveland. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the American Alzheimer’s Association.
