Elizabeth Ann "Liz" Krepkovich 87 of Aurora died Thursday, June 16, 2016. She was born October 4, 1928 in Dry Tavern, PA to Michael and Barbara (Strichko) Kovach. Elizabeth was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Aurora and retired from Aurora City Schools  where she was a cook. Survivors include her daughters Anita (Edward) Porter of Cuyahoga Falls, Michelle (the late Thomas) Runion of Mogadore and Lisa (Timothy) Bennett of Mantua, son Edward (Beth) Krepkovich of Aurora, 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Michael E. and son Robert Krepkovich. Calling hours will be from 5 - 8 PM Thursday, June 23, 2016 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM Friday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Aurora with Father James Daprile officiating. Burial will follow in Westlawn Cemetery in Mantua. In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to the American Cancer Society.
