Fred, AKA "FRANK" was a very special man, had the pleasure of calling him a friend for over 20 years. Never pulled a punch and would tell you straight up how it was. Fred would have stood behind anyone he called friend and would give the shirt of his back if necessary. I will miss Frank and his memory will always be with me. To all the family, I hope you find peace through such a time and would hope you call on me for any needs, I love you all like family, God bless you all.

Fred was a long time friend, best man, and later a part of the family as he married my cousin. Kind and gentle, fun loving, good hearted soul.. he will be missed in many ways. See you on the 'other side' brother!!! ;-)
