Tom and I were saddened at the news of Gary's death.  We pray that your hearts will heal and that you will be comforted by the memories of your Dad and husband.  He was a good, kind man and I know that he will be greatly missed.

Susan, Meredith and Natalie, please accept my condolences of your husband/dad's passing.  I thoroughly enjoyed getting to watch you girls grow up and frequently babysit.  Your dad was certainly one-of-a-kind guy and Susan, you should be proud of the father he was to the girls.  Prayers being sent for your comfort and peace in this time of sorrow.

I am so saddened from the loss of your husband, dad, son, brother and dear friend.  I went to school with Gary.  He was always a wonderful friendly fella.  I always looked forward to seeing him at our class reunions.
He will be truly missed by many people.  My prayers are with you all.  Be strong for each other.  He is your shining star in the sky, just as my brother is for me.

I cannot express how much sorrow I feel for you and the girls. He was taken too young and had suffered greatly this past year.

His reward for being the most decent man is to be up with God now. And he is free from anymore pain. May that be a comfort to you.

Gary was a family man and a public servant who kept out of the lime light. He always had time to say hi. I met him at many of his family gatherings and work related functions. I recently talked with him and he was looking forward to his daughters wedding. I will miss him and the Kent- Ravenna communities will miss him. I know his family will miss there dad, uncle and husband a lot. I am glad and forunate to have met him and his loving family. May you rest in peace Gary.

Sue, Natalie, and Meredith - Pat and I were extremely sad to hear of Gary''s passing. Rod had communicated with him on Facebook at at time we were both having chemo treatments, and we both understand the battle that he fought with lukemia. We pray and know that he is now in a better place and free of pain and cancer.

We also pray that God will send you his grace to help you through this time and comfort you for your deep loss. We will certainly honor your wish and make contribution to the scholarship fund in his honor.
