A void exists where Mom use to fill There is a dull ache and yearning that never goes away Mom was our first line of protection as well as friend Friends come and go but Mom has always been there Mom didn't choose to leave God knew it was time for her to be done with the troubles of this world and time to come home and live with Him Mom has abandoned you just gone ahead to make ready for you as only Mom can do I pass God's peace to you and yours Godspeed.
