Annabelle Webb, our loving mom, grandma and friend went home to be with her Lord and savior and joined her loving husband of 57 years, Edward R. Webb on Saturday October 20, 2018 at her home in Akron with her family by her side. She was born In Calcord, WVA to the late Rev,John E. and Wavy May (Thompson) Young on April 14, 1932. She was a Portage county resident since 1962 and was well known around the area church families as she was a dedicated and long time member of Brady Lake Baptist Church, where she served as a Sunday school teacher for 33 years. Annabelle was a cook for many years at Eastpark Restaurant. Blessed with a large family of nine, survivors include her daughters Marcy Schaaf of Kent, Joyce (Ken) Landkrohn of Akron, her sons, Ed (Pam) of Avon Park, FLA, Rick, Ron, Bill (Laurie) and John all of Portage County, her 16 grandchildren, Melissa, Rod, Becky, Adam, Holly, Chad, Ryan, Jason, Tim, Pam, Rob, Brittany, John, Sabrina, Alicia, Alexis, 21 great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren. Also surviving are siblings Larry, Bob , Alice all of West Virginia and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sons Edward Webb, Jr and Jeffrey Alan Webb, five brothers and two sisters. Calling hours will be Tuesday October23, 2018 from 6-8 PM at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel and on Wednesday from 12 Pm until time of funeral services at 1:00 PM at Brady Lake Baptist Church with Rev. Virgil Elkins and Pastor Adam Landkrohn officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park in Ravenna, Ohio. Special Thanks to Crossroads Hospice of Green for their love and care of our Mom.
