Chad Howe Obituary

Chad Michael Howe of Streetsboro died November 6, 2019. He was born March 1, 1975. Chad retired July 2018 from Portage Industries due to illness. Chad enjoyed all types of music and sports. He participated in Special Olympics bowling, volleyball, and basketball. Chad was a Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Cavs and Ohio State Buckeye fan. Chad had a good sense of humor. He loved teasing his sisters and friends. CHad enjoyed cooking, crafts and helping others (opening doors, carrying items, helping cook meals) , and making people smile. Chad loved helping others. Chad graduated from Kent Roosevelt High School in 1996. He was a hard worker. As a teenager he worked at Kent State in food services during his summers. Chad was employed at the Kent Ponderosa as a dishwasher for 9 years, then moved on to become a bagger at Kent Tops Supermarket. He also worked at Walmart in Streetsboro, Hattie Larlham, and Goodwill Industries. Chad's last years were spent working at Portage Industries in Ravenna. Chad is survived by his parents, Betty (Rydbom) Howe of Streetsboro and Terry and Denise Howe of Spring Hill, Florida, sisters Regina (Jim) Boardwine of Streetsboro, DeAnna Howe of Streetsboro, and Megan Howe of Kent, nieces Desiree Boardwine of Streetsboro, Haivyn Howe of Streetsboro and nephew Brett Boardwine of Streetsboro.
