Chris Zack

Chris Zack, 61, of Shalersville passed away Wednesday February 6, 2019 at UH Portage Medical Center in Ravenna, Ohio.  He was born January  4, 1958 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Steven and Johanna (Pasawicz) Zack.  Mr. Zack has lived in Shalersville the past year and was formerly of Streetsboro.  He had worked as a professional painter for R & J Painting in Auburn, Ohio.  He was an avid outdoorsmen, enjoying hunting and fishing , was a big sports fan following all the Cleveland teams and was a member of the Streetsboro Eagles Aerie 4300, Streetsboro VFW Post 9716 and the Streetsboro American Legion Post 685.  Survivors include his fiance'Kimberly Neubig, his daughter  Raseyn(Kevin) James of Ravenna,  his son Michael (Danielle Gammel) Zack of Streetsboro,  his step children Kaylee and Kyle Neubig, his siblings Sherrie Spencer, Steven (Becky) Zack, Clayton (Linda) Zack, Stanley (Jeanne) Zack.   At his request, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
