Iris R. Suchy, 77 of Aurora passed away Wednesday October 4, 2017 at UH Portage Medical Center in Ravenna, Ohio.  She was born February 21, 1940 in Wayne, WVA to the late Golden and Zelda Maynard.  Mrs. Suchy has lived in Aurora the past two years and had spent most of her life in Streetsboro.  She had worked as a travel agent.  Survivors include her children Justine Morris, Dennis (Tracy) Suchy, Jr., Jeff (Cheryl) Suchy, nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and sister Catherine "Mickie" Zubek.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death her husband Dennis Suchy on October 1, 2016, her siblings Doris Krupka, Don Maynard, Rex Maynard and an infant sister who was a twin to her sister Mickie.  Memorial calling hours will be Saturday October 7, 2017 from 11:00 Am until time of memorial services at 1:00 PM at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Streetsboro Chapel.  Inurnment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery Streetsboro, Ohio.  Condolences and memories of Iris , may be shared with her family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
