Mark Tiearney, 67 of Streetsboro, died Friday, October 18, 2019, peacefully in his home with his wife and family by his side. Born May 23, 1952, in Detroit MI he was the beloved son of the late Thomas C. and Miriam (Lucht) Tiearney. Mark was a machinist for over 40 years and was retired from Myers Precision Grinding. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and being in the outdoors. Mark was a member of the Portage-Summit Field and Stream in Deerfield OH and Mt. Pleasant Rod and Gun in Bainbridge OH. Mark was very active at his church and a charter member of Christ the King Lutheran Church. He was a member of the church choir, CTK Quartet Plus 1 and a Council member. Mark Tiearney was preceded by his parents, brother (Kevin), niece (Becky) and nephew (Kevin). He is survived by his loving wife, Denise (Williard) Tiearney for 30 years; wonderful father to Mark Tiearney, Jr., Alexa Smiddle (Kyle) and stepdaughter, Jennifer Rundo (Nathan). Grandfather to Angelina and Airella Smiddle and step-grandfather to Emily, Brandon, Samuel, David and Sarah Shore and step-great grandfather to Zoe Shore-Kirchens; Brother to Thomas Tiearney (Marilyn), brother to Lynne Mansfield (Mike), and brother-in-law to Becky Tiearney and Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Sunday, October 20, 2019 from 2-4PM and 6-8PM at Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Home, 9781 Page Rd, Streetsboro OH, Calling Hours (10-11AM) and Funeral (11AM) to be held on Monday, October 21, 2019 at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 10285 Ravenna Rd, Twinsburg OH . In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Christ the King Lutheran Church.
