Miles Stanley Wright

Miles Stanley Wright transitioned this phase of life on June 13, 2019. Miles was born on November 9, 1956 in Ravenna, Ohio. Miles was the third of seven sons born to Andrew and Lottie Mae Wright. Miles was a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas High School, Louisville, Ohio and Kent State University, earning a Degree in Biology and Pre-Med. Miles' post collegiate career began at General Electric Lighting Distribution Center, Ravenna, OH and concluded with 25 years as a senior executive in the service of the Internal Revenue Service, Detroit, MI. Miles is survived by his parents, Lottie Mae Wright, Mamie Wright, and Andrew Wright. Brothers Andrew, Avon, Stephan (Valerie), Rayfield, Marcus, Jerome Davis and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and colleagues to cherish his memory. Miles joins his brother Malcolm Wright and several other family members that have passed on. Calling hours will be from 10:00-11:00 AM with a Memorial Service at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home located at 141 N. Meridian St, Ravenna, Ohio 44266.  Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery Ravenna, Ohio.   Miles will be greatly missed and leaves an enormous void in the heart of the Wright family that will never be filled.
