Susan M. (Sparago) Blazek

Susan M. Blazek, 62 of Streetsboro, died Thursday January 24, 2019 at her home with her family by her side.  She was born August 18, 1956 in Cleveland to the late Dominic Sparago and Sarah (Dyer) Codner (Chuck).  Mrs. Blazek has lived in Streetsboro since 1982 and was the co-owner/broker for Ohio Realty Group in Ravenna.  She had also worked as a RN in her younger years.  She was a member of St. Joan of Arc Church in Streetsboro and had been a past president and an active member in the Portage County Association of Realtors.  She is survived by her husband Phillip J. Blazek, whom she married October 19, 1979, her children Michelle Blazek, Melissa (Zachariah) Van Sluyters, Phillip A. (Jaclynn) Blazek and her granddaughter Stella.  At her request, cremation has taken place.  Memorial services will be held on Wednesday January 30, 2019 at 7:00 PM at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Streetsboro Chapel where memorial calling hours will be from 4PM to 7PM.  Private family inurnment will be in All Saints Cemetery Northfield,  Ohio.  Condolences and memories of Susan may be shared with her family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
