Virginia Gail (Campbell) Bombarger

Virginia Gail Bombarger, 95, of Ravenna passed away Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Stow Glen Nursing Home. She was born January 10, 1924 in Parkersburg, West Virginia to George W.  and Laura (Bay) Campbell. She worked as a secretary for Ametek, was a member of the Ravenna First Methodist Church , and was a member of Young at Heart. She is survived by her daughter Sandra (Philip) Rogers, grandchildren Dennis Wayne (Shelby) Rogers and John K. Rogers, great grandchildren Benjamin, Simon, Heidi, and Petouchka, brother Louis (Freda) Campbell, and two nieces, Lori and Teresa. She was preceded by her parents, her husband of 64 years, Samuel W. Bombarger on May 8, 2008, and her brother Richard Campbell.  Memorial calling hours will be from 12 PM until time of memorial service at 1 PM on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel.
