Brandon A Svab

Brandon A Svab, 32, of Akron, passed away Monday April 28, 2025 at Akron General Hospital due to a sudden heart attack from complications from a Brown Recluse Spider bite in the fall of 2024.  He was born July 30, 1992 in Bamberg, Germany to Dustin D. and Cathleen M. (Aronson) Svab.  Brandon had graduated 2010 from both Crestwood High School and Maplewood.  He then graduated from Culinary  Institute of America Hyde Park, New York. He has worked as a chef for the Aurora Inn Hotel, The Pavillion and most recently Walmart.  He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Kenneth Aronson and uncles Donovan E. Svab and David J. Svab.  Survivors include his parents Dustin and Cathleen Svab, his Fiancé' Hannah Gibson, his maternal grandmother Cathy Aronson, paternal grandparents Daniel and Deirdre Svab and siblings Anthony Svab, Evan (Paige) Svab, Felicity Svab,  Grace Svab, Holden Svab, Ianna Svab, Juliette Svab and Kaleb Svab.  Calling hours will be Friday May 2, 2025 from 3:00 Pm until time of funeral services at 5:00 pm with Rev.
