Alan Michael Armstrong

Alan Michael Armstrong, 48, of Streetsboro passed away suddenly Monday, June 3, 2013. He was born February 21, 1965 in Parma to Almeron N. Armstrong III and Donna J. (Duff) Armstrong. He was a Longshoreman for ILA Union #1317 Cleveland. Alan enjoyed working out, and coaching his boys in basketball and baseball. He is survived by his sons, Alan Armstrong Jr, Austin Armstrong, mother, Donna J. Armstrong of Deltona, FL, sister Peggy (Neil) Covert of FL, niece, Brianna Covert his aunts and uncle, Connie Dent-Enons of Streetsboro, Dennis (Carolyn) Gorczyca of MI, cousins, Carrie Michalak and Sherry Matthews both of MI. He was preceded in death by his father. Calling hours will be held from 2 - 3 PM where the service will follow, Saturday, June 8, 2013 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel (9781 Page Road Streetsboro, OH 44214). Rev. William Snyder will be officiating.
