Aldean (Schweitzer) Oswald

Aldean Oswald 90 of Aurora died Friday, August 26, 2011. She was born July 27, 1921 in Milford, Nebraska to the late Emory and Ada (Stutzman) Schweitzer. Mrs. Oswald was a member of the Aurora Mennonite Church and had lived in Aurora and Streetsboro since 1946. Survivors include her daughters Carol Yoder of Salineville, Mary Sly of Kent, and Marlene Mikula of Mantua, sons Gary of McPherson, Kansas, Herbert of Columbiana, and Daniel of Ravenna, 17 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and sisters Lela Stutzman and Edna Miller both of Aurora, OH and Verba Troyer of Milfrod, Nebraska. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Noble Oswald in 1996 and a sister Ina Saltzman. Calling hours will be from 5 to 7 PM on Sunday, August 28, 2011 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel. Funeral services will be at 10 AM Monday, August 29, 2011 at the Aurora Mennonite Church. Burial will be in the Aurora Mennonite Church Cemetery.
