Alexander Konyecsni

Alexander Konyecsni, 90 of Ravenna and Streetsboro, passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at UH Portage Medical Center. Alexander was born on July 10, 1933 in Richeyville, Pennsylvania to his late parents John and Elizabeth Konyecsni. He had worked as a machinist, retiring from RB&W in Kent, is a member of the Ravenna Moose 1234, Ravenna Eagles and the Ravenna VFW, and was a proud service member of the United States Army. In addition to his parents, Alexander is preceded in death by his siblings William Konyecsni, John Konyecsni and Mary Popovich. He is survived by his wife Beatrice E. Konyecsni whom he married on September 1, 1956, his children Cynthia Elkins and James Konyecsni, his grandchildren Rachelle, Krysten and Anthony, his great granddaughter Caitlyn, and his siblings Julie Swift and Louis Konyecsni. In honoring his request, cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held on Friday, August 25, 2023 at 11:00AM at the Evergreen Cemetery in Streetsboro.
