Alexis Marie Jones

Alexis Marie Jones, 4, of Medina passed away tragically and unexpectedly on Thursday, June 9, 2011 at Lodi Community Hospital. She was born January 6, 2007 in Medina, Ohio to Michael Ray and Toni Marie (Kotkowski) Jones. She is survived by her parents, her brother Michael (Amanda) Jones, Jr., sister Brittni Jones, grandparents Larry and Wanda Kotkowski, Troy and Becky Jones, her great grandmothers, Rita Kotkowski and Frita Ferral, her niece Mikala, her nephew Braydon, her Aunts and Uncles Joseph Kotkowski, Amanda (Daniel) Sly, Michael Fitzpatrick, Kaylie Fitzpatrick, Troy (Linda) Jones, and Tammy Jones, and numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins. She was wiser than her years and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Calling hours will be Monday June 13, 2011 from 10:00 AM until time of Funeral Services at 11:00 AM at Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Homes Streetsboro Chapel. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery Shalersville Twp., Ohio.
