Amanda Renee Sloey 32 of Kent died Wednesday, August 8, 2012. She was born in Ravenna, Ohio on July 7, 1980. Amanda enjoyed spending time with her children and cooking. Survivors include her mother and father Laurie (Michael) Smith of Kent, daughters Chelcey and Hannah, son Chase, brothers Paul of Kent and Michael of Akron and grandparents Howard (Carole) Smith of Mantua. Cremation has taken place. Private family services will be held. Arrangements have been entrusted to Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel.
