Amber Diane Cook 24 of Streetsboro, formerly of Ravenna, died Sunday, June 19, 2016. She was born July 9, 1991 in Ravenna to Jack R. Cook, Jr. and Laura Grabski. Amber is survived by her parents of Ravenna, daughter Alayna Irene Parker and son Jeremiah James Parker. Calling hours will be from 4 PM until time of funeral service at 7 PM Friday, June 24, 2016 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. Jane Strauss will officiate. Cremation will take place following the services.
