Amelia C. (Kennington) Porter

Amelia C. Porter 74 of Streetsboro died Monday, August 1, 2016. She was born March 22, 1942 in Jacksonville, Florida to Ralph C. and Dorothy A. (King) Kennington. Amelia worked as a secretary for the business office at Robinson Memorial Hospital and had been a member of the Streetsboro Lions Club. Survivors include her husband of 32 years Delmar Keith Porter, daughters Terri (Donald) Harmon of Mantua, Sheila Biltz and Dawn Biltz-Kelley both of Streetsboro, sons David Biltz of Shalersville and Ken (Sandra) Biltz of Ravenna, stepdaughters Rosalie (Bob) Schilling of Canton and Arlene Brugnano of Meadeville, PA, stepson Brian Porter of Almont, MI, 18 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, sister Margaret A. Moser of NC and brother John (Susan) Kennington of NC. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother RC (Ralph) Kennington. Cremation has taken place, a private family celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family request memorials to Roses Rescue in Amelia Porter's name to 4312 Industry Road, Rootstown, Ohio 44272.
