Anna L. (Kolikowski) Saltsman

Anna L. Saltsman 87 of Ravenna passed away Monday, August 1, 2011 at Robinson Memorial Hospital. She was born February, 5, 1924 in Patton, PA to the late William and Martha "Marcella" (Sokolavasky) Kolikowski.  Anna has lived in Ravenna for past 47 years coming from Pennsylvania, where she was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, and former member of the Lutherainan Lodge in PA.  She worked  on the Portage County Board of Elections and also enjoyed ceramic work, crocheting, and other crafts.  Survivors include her loving husband of 57 years, Kenneth Saltsman, daughter, Cassandra Ribita of Kent, son, Vincent Saltsman of Ravenna, grandchildren, Daniel  Bradley, Ryan, and Wesley Saltsman, and several nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her sisters, Helen Andrews, and Veronica Capone.  Calling hours will be held Thursday, August 4, 2011 from 5 - 8 PM at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel .  Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, August 5, 2011 at the Funeral  Home with Father John Michael Lavelle officiating.  Burial will in Maple Grove Cemetery following the service.
