Autury L Scales

Autury L. Scales 71 of Ravenna passed away Friday August 11, 2017 at UH Portage  Medical Center in Ravenna, Ohio.  She was born December 15, 1946 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Joe B. and Bernice (Harper) Scales.  Ms. Scales has been retired from the Glastics Company in Cleveland and was a member of the Winfield Church of God in Christ  in Ravenna where she was on the Mother's Board.  Survivors include her children Margaret jones, James Bush, Sr, Gregory Bush, Sr, her grandchildren Gregory Bush, Jr., Keiara Jones, Joshua M. Bush, Isiah Bush, Jeremiah Jones, Kenytta Epharim, Noami Bush, her great grandchildren  Ziaira Bush, Chazary Sutton, Nikia Epharim, Kenytta Epharim, Jr.  and siblings George Scales, Ira Lou Edwards and  Pearlie Ann Solaman.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings Billie Ruth Scales, William Scales, Joe Scales and Theophilus Scales, Sr. Calling hours will be 5-6 PM Wednesday August 16, 2017 at the Winfield Church of God in Christ where funeral services will follow at 6:00 PM with Pastor Dennis Richey officiating.  At her requests, cremation will follow the services.  Condolences and memories of Autury may be shared with her family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
