Barbara J (Howell) England

Barbara J. England 73 of Ravenna passed away  Sunday June 17, 2012 at Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna.  She was born July 28, 1938 in Morgantown, WV to the late Charles and Wahnetia (Henderson) Howell.    She has lived in Ravenna since 1964 and was formerly of West Virginia.  Mrs. England retired from the Ravenna VFW where she worked as a caretaker and was a member of the Ravenna Eagles, Ravenna American Legion and was a former member of the Ravenna Moose.   Survivors include her children,  Jim (Donna) England, David (Karen) England, Lisa England all of Ravenna, eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren, sisters Shirley Baker of Morgantown, WVA, Nancy Long of Morgantown, WVA and Patricia Phillips of Ravenna.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William England, daughter Carol Hayes, brothers David and Dick Howell and sister Louise Roush.   There will be no calling hours or services, cremation has taken place at her request.  Condolences and memories may be shared with the family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
