Barbara Jean (Johnson) Mozer

Barbara Jean Mozer 55 of Palmyra died Sunday, December 12, 2010. She was born July 23, 1955 in Akron, Ohio to James and Carrie (Clark) Johnson. A Plamyra resident for most of her life, she was a maintenance supervisor for College Towers Apartments. Survivors include her sons Paul (Melissa) Long of Palmyra and Anthony (Tiffany) Mozer of Ravenna, grandchildren Briana Burnsworth and Kaitlin and Bailey Long, sisters Phyllis Watson of Palmyra and Cathy Cole of Akron, brothers Johnny Johnson of Akron and Terry Watson of Palmyra and several nieces and nephews in Portage County, Summit County and Killbuck. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Anton Mozer and brother Jimmy Johnson. Calling hours will be from 5:00 PM to time of services at 7:30 PM Friday, December 17, 2010 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. Reverend William Snyder will officiate. Cremation will follow the service with burial of the cremains at Grandview Memorial Park in Ravenna at a later date. Memorials should be made to the American Diabetes Association, 1815 W.
