Barbara Jean (Knapp) Cannon

Barbara Jean Cannon 66 of Ravenna passed away Sunday, September 30, 2012 at her home. She was born July 26, 1946 in Ravenna to the late Herman and Clara (Wymer) Knapp. Barbara was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, and she enjoyed working with ceramics and plastic  canvas.  Survivors include her loving husband, Edward D. Cannon whom she married September 27, 1967, her daughter, Alice (Carl) Bosley of Clarkston, MI, sons, Brett (Amanda) Cannon of Stow, Brian (Jamie) Cannon of Ravenna, grandchildren, Bryson, Bradley, Mya, Aiden, and a brother, Gary Knapp of Ravenna. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Jerry, George, and Allen Knapp. Calling hours will be held from 5:00 - 7:30 PM Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel where the service will follow at 7:30 PM.  Rev. Bill Wasniewski will be officiating.  Burial will take place at later date in Maple Grove Cemetery.
