Bernedette M. Kline

Bernedette M. Kline 61 of Ravenna passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday January 31, 2012. She was born May 2, 1950 in Indiana, PA to the late Aloysius and Cecelia (Contorchick) Kline. Bernedette has lived in Ravenna the past 30 years and retired from Kent State University as an Administrative Assistant. She enjoyed the outdoors, golfing, gardening, camping and spending time at the lake , swimming and water skiing, but she loved cooking for her family and hanging out with her friends. Survivors include her sons Jason (Jen) Smith, Chris (Amanda) Smith, Jaime Smith, , Greg (Gabrielle) Messina all of Ravenna, her grandchildren Alyssa,Bailey, Payton, Rilee, Gavin, Carson, Trisjin, Matthew, Ashton, Olivia and Ella. She is also survived by her brothers Edward (Alice) Kline, Dave (Marty) Kline , Gary Kline and sisters Wanda Kline, Teri Kline-Ramsey and Camella Kline. At her request cremation has taken place, memorial calling hours will be held 5-8 PM Friday February 3, 2012 at Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be 12 Noon on Saturday February 4, 2012 at St. Patrick's Church in Kent. (Please everyone meet at the church).
