Bertha M. Morris, 83, of Ravenna, passed away in her home on Friday, July 2, 2010. She was born on December 17, 1926 in Ravenna a daughter of the late, Renes and Lizzie Cole. Bertha was a lifelong resident of Ravenna and retired from Norton Company. She was a volunteer for
Robinson Memorial Hospital
for many years. Bertha is survived by her daughters, Jody Glenn of Kent and Marsha Morris-Finn of Columbus; sons, Jerry and Russ Morris both of Ravenna; daughter in law,
Elaine Morris
of Orlando, Florida; five grandchildren, Kevin (Katie) Glenn of
Cuyahoga Falls
, Cara (
David Lloyd
) Hohider of Columbus, Bryan (Stacey) Glenn of Kent, Ric (Vic) Morris of Orlando, and Tom (Amy) Morris of Orlando; and many wonderful great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and close friends. In addition to her parents, Bertha was preceded in death by her husband, Harold L. Morris, and son Kenny Morris. Cremation has taken place, a memorial service will be held
on Wednesday at1PM
at the Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Home, Ravenna Chapel. Inurnment will follow in Grandview Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the
