Bertha Eileen Saxon 87 of Ravenna died Tuesday, January 17, 2017. She was born August 12, 1929 in Bellaire, Ohio to William P. and Esther Marie (Mitchell) Feetterers. Eileen was a member of the First Christian Church in Ravenna and worked at Ametek Lamp Electric in Kent. Formerly of Martins Ferry, Ohio she has lived in Ravenna since 1950. Survivors include her son John Saxon of Ravenna, 5 grandchildren and a sister Norma Jane Trocchio of Ravenna. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Andy J. in 2000, sisters Betty Branstein and Laura Delaney and a brother William Feetterers Jr. Calling hours will be from 6 - 8 PM Monday, January 23, 2017 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. Funeral services will be at 2 PM Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at the funeral home with Pastor Phil Anderson of Bethel Church of Tallmadge officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park in Ravenna.
