Betty A. Balazs

Betty A. Balazs, 73 of Shalersville passed away Sunday July 25, 2010 at Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna, Ohio.  She was born October 30, 1936 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late John J. and Edith (Orchard) Balazs.  Betty has lived in Shalersville since 1950 and worked as a cashier for Vale Edge Market in Ravenna, she was a member of the St. Joseph Church in Mantua and also the Alpha Iota Sorority.  Survivors include her brother  Robert J. Balazs of Murfreesboro, TN.  Calling hours will be from 10:00 AM until time of funeral services at 11:00 AM on Wednesday July 28, 2010 at the Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel with Father Michael Garvey officiating.  Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery Shalersville, Ohio.  Condolences may be sent www.sscfuneralhomes.com .
