Betty W. (Dickel) Hutzell

Betty W. Hutzell (née  Dickel) 1932 to 2015, age 82, of Streetsboro, Ohio, formerly of Lake Milton Ohio, went home to her Savior on Thursday, April 9, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Harold Richard, loving mother of Vickie McCann (Patrick), Debra Pastor, and Harold (Sharon). Dear grandmother of Jeffery McCann (Natalie), Charles Pastor (Christina), Jason McCann (Robin), and Tina Pastor (Jason Stiffy).   Great grandmother of 13 and great great grandmother of one grandson. Sister of the late Genevieve Railey, the late William Dickel, Leo Dickel, Barbara Ash, and Donald Dickel. Betty worked as a bartender and waitress at the Log Cabin in Lake Milton, and as a factory worker in her younger years. After her family's move to Streetsboro, she worked as a secretary at Walden Country Club, and as a crossing guard at Hudson city schools until her retirement. Betty was dedicated to her family and faith, and was happiest when she was helping others. Funeral services will be held at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Streetsboro on Tuesday April 14, 2015 at 11:00 AM,  followed by interment next to her beloved husband at Evergreen Cemetery in Streetsboro. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to Excela Health Home Care and Hospice, 134 Industrial Park Rd.
