Betty J. Dickerhoof, age 82, went home to be with the Lord on January 25, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Dickerhoof, by her daughter Susan Stone, and her parents Lewis and Ruth Miskel. Betty is survived by her children: Linda Scott of Hawaii, Jane (Joseph) Butcher of Ravenna, Darlene Stone-Flores of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Thomas (Cindy) Pettit of Columbus, OH, Drenda Ann Willcox of Clearfield, PA, Step-son Mark (Cheryl) Dickerhoof of Ravenna, and step-daughter Robin Dickerhoof of Ravenna. Betty had 19 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren. She also leaves behind many good friends, in both Ohio and Hawaii. Betty was a Sunday school teacher for the Ravenna Assembly of God. She was also a member of the Ravenna Moose Club and VFW. She loved playing bingo and going to casinos. She lived in Ravenna, Ohio for 71 years, before moving to beautiful Maui, Hawaii. Memorial calling hours will be held on Friday, February 10, 2017 from 10AM-12PM at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes’ Ravenna Chapel. The memorial service will begin at the conclusion of calling hours, Pastor Gary Beck will officiate. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice Maui 400 Mahalani St. Wailuku, Hawaii 96793.
