Betty Jane (Shaw) Keefer

Betty Jane Keefer, 88 of Streetsboro passed away Saturday march 6, 2021 at her home with her family by her side.  On March 30, 1932 she was born in Mt. Pleasent, PA to the late Ira and Bertha (Welshouse) Shaw.  Betty Jane has lived in Streetsboro most of her life and was a member of the Full Gospel House of Prayer as well as a 50 year member of the Streetsboro American Legion Auxiliary.  She retired from Swagelock in Solon where she worked as an assembler.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her children Ray Keefer, Tom Keefer, Karen Keefer, Ken Keefer and was the last of 18 children. Also her companion of over 30 years Pete Fecko whom she thought of as her husband. Survivors include her children William Keefer, Sharon Schrader, 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Lots of nieces and nephews, cousins and friends that became family. She will be missed dearly.
