Betty A. Tirpak

Betty A. Tirpak, 89 of Ravenna, passed away Wednesday May 6, 2026 at Boulder Crossing Health and Rehab in Streetsboro, Ohio. On August 3, 1936, she was born in Hells Kitchen, New York to the late Albert and Katherine E. (Dankovich) Oktela. Mrs. Tirpak has lived in Ravenna since 1960 and had worked for the Portage County Title Bureau and Portage Industries. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Michael Tirpak in 2009 and brothers Gene and Mick Oktela. Survivors include her son Mark (Kayla), Todd (Janet), Kevin (Marsha), her grandchildren Mischa (Brandon) Pesicek, Dylan, Kaitlyn(Trevor Pesicek), Kaylee, Colton and Nick(Audrey), her great grandchildren Marcus and Quentin and sister Patricia Oktela.
