Branden Lee Woodford 20 of Deerfield died Tuesday, April 14, 2015 in an automobile accident along with his brother Eric Allen Welsh, III. Branden was born November 30, 1994 in Ravenna, Ohio to Matthew A. Woodford and Denise R. Bowdish. He was always making you laugh or smile with his comments or actions. He graduated from Southeast High School in 2014, where he loved to play football for the Pirates. Branden was employed with Turfco Landscaping in Suffield. Survivors include his father Matt and mother Kristy (Keller) Woodford of Deerfield, sister Kelly Welsh of Deerfield, brother Nick Woodford of Deerfield, grandparents Danny L. Woodford of Deerfield and Mildred Keller of Deerfield, aunt Stacey (Scott) Breedon of Deerfield and girlfriend Brooke Lopez. He was preceded in death by his brother Collin Woodford and grandmother Carol Woodford. Calling hours will be from 2 PM to 7 PM Sunday, April 19, 2015 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. Funeral services will be at 11 AM Monday, April 20, 2015 at the funeral home with Pastor Jody Hill officiating. Burial will follow in Deerfield Cemetery.
