Brandy Lee Thorne 22 and her unborn child of Streetsboro, formerly of Columbia Station, died Sunday, April 24, 2016 as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Brandy was born July 17, 1993 in Cleveland to Terry Thorne and Darlene Calton. She graduated from Maplewood Career Center in 2012, enjoyed culinary arts and worked as a cook for Bob Evans and Ruby Tuesday's . Survivors include her mother Darlene Calton of Streetsboro, father Terry Thorne of Ravenna, son Sebastion Owens at home, grandparents Ronnie (Mary) Calton of Streetsboro, Monique (Raymond) Fredicy of VA and Dottie (Donald) Cecil of WV, sisters Carole Calton, Amber Calton and Jamie Thorne and half sister Sarah Thorne. Calling hours will be from 10 AM until time of funeral service at 1 PM Monday, May 2, 2016 at Maplewood Christian Church in Ravenna. Pastor Ken Warren officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made for Sebastion's care at Charter One Bank under Brandy Thorne Benefit Account. A benefit for Sebastion will be held at Maplewood Christian Church on June 4, 2016 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Arrangements have been entrusted to Shorts Spicer Criscip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel.
