Bruno A. Glodkowski

Reverend Bruno A. Glodkowski 88 of Ravenna passed away Monday, November 7, 2022. He was born May 18, 1934 in Pottstown, PA to Bruno and Blanche (Szwak) Glodkowski. Reverend Bruno was the pastor at the Ravenna Assembly of God for 6 years then moved to Columbus , Ohio for 19 years as Christian Education Director, after retiring from that position he returned to Ravenna in 2012. He was also an honorary Kentucky Colonel. Survivors include his wife of 66 years Aline (Janasky), children Renee E. Neal, Jeffrey A. (Mary Jane) Glodkowski and Rev. Gregory J. (Rosella) Glodkowski, grandchildren Crystal Lovelady, Josh Dickson, Adam Dickson, Ricky Neal, Jr., Robert G. Neal, Gisella Glodkowski and Primo Glodkowski, 6 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson and siblings Audrey Wood and Angela Fabrizio. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Irene Knisell and son in law Ricky Neal. Memorial calling hours will be from 5 - 7 PM Thursday, November 10, 2022 at the Ravenna Assembly of God and from 11 AM until time of memorial service at 1 PM Friday, November 11, 2022 at the church with Reverend Gary Beck officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to the Ravenna Assembly of God, 6401 State Route 14, Ravenna, Ohio 44266. The family would like to thank the staff at Longmeadow Care Center and the staff of the Hospice of the Western Reserve for all the care provided to Bruno and the family in his final days.
