Carel S. "Miller" Rogers, 73 of Streetsboro passed away Saturday September 24, 2016 at the Kensington Care Center in Aurora, Ohio. She was born June 27, 1943 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Carl S. and Sara Jean (Dair) Andrews. Carel has lived in Streetsboro since 1976 and had worked as a legal administrative assistant. Survivors include her husband David Rogers, her son Dale (Lisa) Miller of Streetsboro, her granddaughter Ashley Marie Miller and siblings Betty Jean Paris and Gerald Andrews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband Richard Miller and brother James Dair Andrews. Private family services will be held at Glen Haven Cemetery Harrison, Ohio.
