Carl F Witter

Carl F. Witter, 94 of Ravenna, passed away Tuesday April 7, 2020 at his home.  On March 9, 1926 in Judsonia, Arkansas, Carl was born to the late James and Lydia Witter.  He has lived most of his life in Ravenna and had retired from the Ford Motor Company in Walton Hills.  He proudly served his country  with the US Navy on the USS McDermott in WW II.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Dolores M. Witter  on July 8, 2006, his children Carl M. Witter, Linda J. Moore and Gail Bailey.  He is survived by his grandchildren Jared (Heather) Moore, Carly Bailey and great grandchildren Maya and Aran Moore.  In honoring his request, cremation has taken place  and  services will be held at a later date at Grandview Memorial Park Ravenna, Ohio.   Condolences and memories of Carl may be shared with his family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
