Carol Sue (Harrison) Adams

Carol Sue Adams 80 of Streetsboro passed away Sunday, October 11, 2020. She was born September 9, 1940 in East Cleveland, Ohio to Louis Peter and Genevieve Dorothy (Barnhart) Harrison. Carol was a member of St. Joan of Arc Church, where she sang in the choir. Carol was a life long educator including teacher and founding member of the Streetsboro Cooperative Nursery School, Educational Coordinator at Portage County Head Start and teacher at the Immaculate Conception School in Ravenna. Survivors include her children Julie Wojcik, Christine Adams, Jeff (Liz) Adams and Derek Adams, grandchildren Cody Vild, Sam Adams, Tess Adams and Caden Vild, a brother Chuck (late wife Nancy) Harrison, dear son-in-law Christopher Vild (Ben and Beth Vild), sister-in-law Barbara Adams Fowler. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ronald L. Adams in 2003 and grandson Corey Wojcik on June 21, 2020. Calling hours will be from 10 AM to time of funeral mass at 11 AM Thursday, October 15, 2020 at St. Joan of Arc Church in Streetsboro with Father Chris Luoni officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Streetsboro. Arrangements have been entrusted to Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel.
