Carol E. (Rundquist) Cowan

Carol E. Cowan 91 of Streetsboro, formerly of Ravenna, died Tuesday, February 22, 2011. She was born January 2, 1920 in Toledo, Ohio to Henry and Wanda (LaDu) Rundquist. Mrs. Cowan was a member of the Ravenna First Congregational Church , where she was an active member of The Women's Fellowship, Ravenna Sorosis and was a longtime advisor of 4H in Streetsboro for many years. Survivors include her daughters Sandra Caniglia and Jane (Rick) Rowe both of Streetsboro, grandchildren Stacy Maffei, J.D. Languth, Kristin Caniglia, Jeff Caniglia, Brad Rowe and David Rowe , and 19 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Darrell in 2010, son in law Jim Caniglia, sister Violet Miller and brother Roy Rundquist. Calling hours will be from 1:00 PM to time of services at 3:00 PM Thursday, February 24, 2011 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel. Reverend Pamela Cheney will officiate.
