Catherine J. (Maimone) Kundrat

Catherine J. Kundrat 86 of Streetsboro formerly of Solon, passed away Monday, October 6, 2014 at the Gardens of  Western Reserve in Streetsboro.  She was born September 30, 1928 in New Mine, PA to the late Joseph and Frances (Gett) Maimone. Catherine retired from HPL in Solon where she worked as a machinist.  She was a former member of St. Rita Catholic Church in Solon. She will be sadly missed by her daughters, Kathy (Carl) Gennaro of Streetsboro, Karen (Lew) Battaglia of Willoughby Hills, grandchildren, Joseph, Jason, Daniel (Rita), Katie, Nikki, Danielle, great grandson, Lukas, sister, Laraine (Dallas) Simmons of Streetsboro, and her brother, Jacob Maimone of Bowie, Maryland.  Besides her parents she was preceded by her loving husband Joseph Kundrat who passed away October 16, 1990.  Calling hours will be held from 10:00 AM till the time of the service at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel, 9781 Page RD, Streetsboro.  Rev. Nelson Blount will be officiating.  A private burial will take place in All Saints Cemetery in Northfield.
