Cecilia Rose Catherine (Keppler) Conley

Cecilia Rose Catherine Conley 82 of Ravenna passed away Sunday, November 16, 2014 at the Woodlands at Robinson in Ravenna.  She was born January 15, 1932 in Edinburg, Ohio to the late Anthony and Teresa (Frient) Keppler.  Mrs. Conley attended the Immaculate Conception Church,  St. Peter of the Fields Church and recently the University Parish Newman Center.  She was a very talented painter, having some of her paintings on display at Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna and had donated some of paintings to various places.  Survivors include her children Jennifer Marie (Robert) Flecksteiner, David (Pat) Conley, Stephen (Laurie) Conley, Daniel (Nancy) Conley, James (Jodie) Conley and  Christopher Conley.  Also surviving are 15 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and brother Norbert Keppler.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Carl Conley on May 14, 2014, brother Frederick Keppler and sisters Elnora Livigni and Mary Heeter.  Calling hours will be Thursday November 20, 2014 from 5PM until time of services at 6PM at the University Parish Newman Center in Kent, Ohio.  The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Paws and Prayers PO Box 2864 Akron, Ohio 44309.  Funeral services were entrusted to the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel.
