Chad Michael Marsh

Chad Michael Marsh, 50 of Ravenna, passed away Friday, July 22, 2022. Chad was born in Ravenna to Daniel D. Marsh and Cynthia J. (Reedy) Carden. He had worked as a cook with the Guido's Pizza family in Ravenna.  Chad was a 1990 graduate of Ravenna High School, a three-year football letter winner.  He loved to cook, draw, color, paint, tattoo and get inked.  An artist in many facets.  Chad was an Ohio State Buckeyes football fan to the utmost, OH-IO.  He loved the outdoors and fishing.  Always the lover of music, he listened the likes of Run DMC, Dr. Dre, Tupac, Eminem, Motley Crue, Papa Roach, Disturbed, Shinedown, Tim Mcgraw, and the Zac Brown Band.  We grew up listening to the radio, cassettes and then CD's.  Tunes were the backdrop, excitement and story of many great memories.  From the time we were kids until now, my brother was always the best dresser, the most extensive wardrobe and a keen eye for style.  He absolutely adored and was very proud of both his daughter and son.  Mackenzie has his artistic style, sports ambition and culinary skills.  James is a sports fanatic, just like his dad, he plays baseball, soccer, football and loves to ride anything mobile.  Chad will be always remembered in our hearts, minds and in the tattoos, he needled upon most of us.  Memories will continue to be shared through his extensive extended family, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, mom, dad, his many friends and classmates.  Rest in Heaven Chad.  We will love you forever!   Chad is survived by his children Mackenzie Marsh and James Marsh, his parents, Stepfather Ray Carden, his siblings Phillip (Jessica Tolar) Marsh, Chrisanna Stevens (Marsh), Tracy Carden, Heather Carden and Megan Carden, and his former wife Darla Keyser Marsh. Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held on August 20, 2022 at 4:00PM at the Ravenna VFW 6000 New Milford Rd., Ravenna, OH 44266.
