Charles F. "Fred" Pittman

Charles F. “Fred” Pittman, 91, of Ravenna passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at the Regency East Hospital in Warrensville Hts., Ohio. Fred was born on October 24, 1932 to the late Albert Lyle and Dora Louise (Nelson) Pittman in Indiana, PA. He relocated and lived in Ravenna since 1951 and was a charter member of the Ravenna Assembly of God Church. Fred was a retired mold processing lead for Gougler Industries in Kent, Ohio. Fred is preceded in death by his parents, brother Robert “Bob” Pittman, and niece Brenda Pittman Foster. Survivors include his wife Dora Rose “Aunt Daisy” (Jeffery) Pittman, brother Lyle “Ed” (Donna) Pittman, nieces Sandra (John) Brewer, Diana (Don) Buchert, Trina (Ron) Fauvie and Heidi (Mike) Parizeau, along with many great nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be from 10am until the time of the funeral service at 12 on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel. Burial will follow at Grandview Memorial Park, Ravenna, Ohio. It was Fred’s wishes that any memorial donations be made to Ravenna Assembly of God, 6401 State Route 14, Ravenna, Ohio 44266.
