Charles F Marks

Charles F. Marks 60 of Aurora passed away Friday, September 13, 2024 at Ohman Family Living at Briar in Middlefield, Ohio. He was born January 12, 1964 in Bedford, Ohio to Calvin R. Jr. and Jeanne L. (Mars) Marks. "Chuck" was a loving and delightful friend to many in Chapin, S. Carolina and Aurora, Ohio, where he resided and delighted in traveling between both residences. Confined to his wheelchair too early in life, Chuck never lost his zest for living, and became an inspiration to friends and family, as he met numerous challenges and never lost his desire to live a full and happy life, surrounded by those who knew the joy of caring for him.  Chuck is survived by his brother Calvin R. Marks III and James E. Marks. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Linda G. Lucarelli, Douglas A. Marks and William M. Marks and numerous friends who will miss his calls and company.  A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Friday, September 27, 2024 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel at 9781 Paige Rd., Streetsboro, Ohio 44241. Burial will follow in the Aurora Mennonite Church Cemetery, where his loving mother rests. A luncheon will follow in the Aurora Mennonite Church Hall.  In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to the Spinal Cord Society, 19051 Co. Hwy 1, Fergus Falls, MN 56537 or the American Cancer Society, 10501 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44106.
