Chom Kum (Kim) Moore

April 28, 1936 — July 14, 2012

Chom "Kum" Moore, 76, of Ravenna, passed away on Saturday, July 14, 2012 at the
Hospice of the Western Reserve. She was born on April 28, 1936 in Seoul, Korea.
She was a member of the Korean Church of Akron and worked as a chef for 17 years
for Eli's Restaurant. She enjoyed bingo and flower gardening, and was a member
of the Ravenna Senior Center. Chom is survived by her sister, Sangyeun Kim of
Korea; brothers, Sangdo Kim and Sanggyou Kim of Korea; several nieces, nephews
and great nieces and nephews. Chom was preceded in death by her parents; husband
Paul D. Moore; and sister, Sangkum Kim. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday
from 6-8PM at the Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Home, Ravenna Chapel, where a
funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 1:30 PM. Interment will follow in
Grandview Memorial Park.
