Chris Williams

Gaylord Chris Williams, 63 of Ravenna, passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at Hillcrest hospital. Chris was born on December 18, 1960 in Ravenna, Ohio to his late parents Arnett V. and Josephine (Fisher) Williams. He was a retired union carpenter who had been employed by the company Bridge. Chris is survived by his children Peter Williams, Jay Stacy, and Jo Stacy, his grandson Dillon, his longtime companion and best friend Lani Bailey, as well as siblings Ray Williams, Flonda Jordan, Rick Fisher, Hank Williams, Jane Pellegrini, Arnett Williams, Jr. (Darla), Pete Williams, Lillian Petrice, Bruce Williams (Deanna), Maddie Whitacre (Matt), and Debbie Williams. Chris was preceded in death by his brother Dick Fisher and sister Colleen Williams. Per his request, cremation has taken place. A celebration of his life will be held on August 25, 2024 1:00PM - 2:00PM with the service to follow at the First Church of God 237 New Milford Road Ravenna, Ohio  .  Condolences and memories of Chris may be shared with his family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
