Clyde K. Metheny

Clyde K. Metheny 65 of Rootstown passed away Monday, January 24, 2022 at UH Portage Medical Center. He was born July 9, 1956 in Ravenna, Ohio to Clarence K. and Amogene (Rohrbaugh) Metheny. Clyde was a US Marine Corp veteran. Survivors include his wife of 32 years Shirley (Ayers), children Joan Dunfee and Thomas Jay Wilson, 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and sisters Rita DeLuke and Bonnie Szpack. He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson Eric Lee Dunfee and a brother Steve Metheny. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2022 from 7 - 9 PM at the Ravenna American Legion.
