Cora E. (Wentz) Stone

Cora E. (Wentz) Stone 79 of Ravenna passed awa y at her home Friday, April 4, 2014. She was born February 15, 1935 in Quick, WV to the late John Robert and Maggie Ellen (White) Wentz. Cora was a member of Brady Lake Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth L. Stone daughter, Teresa G. Stone, sisters, Jean Butcher, Sherdina O'Brien, Betty Dailey, and Donna Hines. She is survived by her sister, Dorothy (Junior) Ashby, son, Robert L. Stone, daughters, Sherry (Bob) Ellis, Lora (George) Thompson, Yvonne (Al) Watters, Allison (Steve) Puckett, 16 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and her dog, Brutus. She will be greatly missed; Loving sister, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Happiest times, where when she was surrounded by all her children. Private Services will be held at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery.
